Had a Bluetooth issue with my TUXEDO laptop and contacted their support – super kind and helpful! 🧡
The problem was there from the start: the antenna connector is damaged and bent. And this with a device I’ve only had for a week... 😕
I’ll probably have to send it in for repair, but I’m still waiting for a reply from support to know how the process works exactly.
Since I live in Switzerland (outside the EU), shipping might be a bit complicated and take a while – and right now I honestly don’t have the time for that, especially because I’ll really need the device in the coming weeks.
Has anyone experienced something similar or got any tips?
