Recently had a Zoom conference presentation recorded and while I'm very excited for the recordings to be released so I can see some papers I missed, I'm most excited about being able to go back to my talk's Q&A and actually jot down the answers I gave because I'm pretty much in an excitable adrenaline fugue state by the time I'm done giving a talk, whatever comes out of my mouth is pure unconscious brain, at least three steps removed from my waking mind

Since my last instance imploded, it's intro time! I teach and do research in #linguistics, especially across #EMCA, #linganth, and #sociolinguistics. My most recent work is on gender and non-binary pronouns and I'm broadly interested in research on gender and sexuality, gesture and the body, and digital media and technology.
I'm also an avid #Yiddish (#ייִדיש) learner and I do a lot of vegan baking in the off-season 🥮
