Quiche Browser is moving to Quiche Industries βž‘οΈπŸ“¦

Just recently a kind soul from Germany tipped me €17.99. I was incredibly touched but also embarrassed as the app was still not localized in German, despite Germany being #3 in the all-time downloads. It is now fully localized, as a way to express all my gratitude πŸ™πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ
As usual I tried my best to match Safari’s vocabulary and maintain overall consistency. I was not paying much attention during my German class in high school, so please let me know if you spot any oddities.

Not the first time someone asks why Quiche Browser isn't getting more attention, but this incredibly lovely App Store review is a great justification for why I've been spending more time on marketing lately.
@nileane @noah love the idea of having a quiche as a companion, could also make a great mascot character 😁
I've always had a vision for a mobile browser designed for blog/publication reading. @quichebrowser is customizable enough to get close (minimal buttons, favorites list, ad blockers, etc.) but there's more things like RSS integration that I would still love to see. Maybe one day. So far, this has been great for me to split my browser usage between Safari as my browsing *tool* and Quiche as where I start when I want to check in on my favorite sites (almost a Web Roulette without the roulette).

@noah wow, thank you so much for the shoutout! That made me think a lot about who I should market this little browser to.

Interestingly, @nileane wrote on her MacStories review she wrote she could consider using it as a secondary reading browser once it offers reader mode, which seems to resonates with your words.

@FS that is a great point actually, thank you very much. Putting that on the todo list. My priority at the moment is to improve the iPhone app, so thank you for your patience πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ
@FS not sure the usability of an additional toolbar on a mobile phone would be great, but favorite folders are definitely on the todo list πŸ™πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ
@FS like Safari and Chrome on desktop?
