Today in conversation with my MP (or rather one of my MP's assistants). I never thought of myself as a person who wrote to my MP; until sw, homelessness, transtuff, benefits. Anyhow I sent them the Reading Welfare Rights report 'ten years of PIP'... b/c they didn't have it and I wanted to better explain how cruel that system is. They replied 'It is clear that this is an area that needs to be looked at' ..... YES but not to be made even more inaccessible!!!
Still trying to figure this out x still having (many) instances where the other platforms provide me with important information; particularly connecting with marginalised groups I'm part of.
