@BethanyBlack I once challenged a letting agent who said I didn't report issues when I moved in so I was responsible for them when I moved out. I simply asked for the moving out report of the previous tenant. They got a bit shifty and said "How is that relevant?" I pointed out that if they'd already withheld deposit from the previous tenant to repair things that weren't repaired for me when I moved in, that's fraud. They replied with "We'll refund your deposit". Twats.
