Watching The Dinosaurs with kiddo & enjoying it. Sure it can be a bit over dramatic in parts & the CGI isn’t as polished as Prehistoric Planet but it’s still very good. I’ll also add it’s great seeing the Triassic get some representation, as well as more Jurassic. Doesn’t always have to be the Cretaceous people!

I so wish the US government was focused on actually making the world better. Instead we’re having incredible struggle to just make the bad a little less bad. What a difference one presidential election made 😔

Played Sunderfolk with bro, daughter, & nephew for a bit today. We all had fun & the kids loved it. Thinking we’re going to have to start a new campaign

Last night the bro’s & I beat Slay the Spire II (Early Access). It was a blast & I’m still playing through on my own. Looking forward to the next major update which will hopefully fill in a lot of the filler art

When Republicans accuse Democrats of doing something corrupt, it’s nearly always the case that it’s something they have been or intend to do themselves. “Don’t vote Harris, she’ll start a war with Iran” is only the latest confirmation of this 😔

Played a rollercoaster of a game of Shadows over Camelot tonight with 6 players. No traitor but 3 of 4 Picts, 3 of 4 Saxons, up to 11 siege engines at Camelot, many black swords, & somehow 2 incredibly bad rolls in a row. Yet, the knights defeated evil!

Had one of those blurs of a day but did get a lot done. Kiddo & I are recovering from something (probably a cold) and temps outside dropped down again. Ultimately a very exhausting day all around. Tonight I rest!

Unexpected evening urgent care visit for daughter but turned out to be minor. I did want to make it out on this one beautiful day but not exactly for this reason. On the up side after all turned out well I did get a delicious Korean chicken sandwich near the UC that was darn good

Thoughts on Slay the Spire II Early Access: reallly good. The multiplayer also works great. Maybe a little more balancing needed but I’m super happy with it. They literally took what worked & just made it better 😎

Introduced daughter & nephew to their first Dungeons & Dragons adventure today (daughter did an MLP RPG before but not actually D&D). So far so good, looking forward to next session
