Scammers who have no fucking idea what they are doing. Is it from Westnet or Iinet or Eyeknowfilms or McAfee or Canadian Tire?

Does anyone know what the hell has happened to Google maps/Earth? The images are incredibly fuzzy. I've taken off 3D but it hasn't helped.
