You have a chance in life. I call it, 1 chance. The 1 chance that consists of many opportunities is over when you exchange, for change. What you receive after that, fills empty gaps and holes - it is never the real thing. Dance with your children, love them. Laugh with them. Create opportunities away from time stealing type tech that adds no value. Introduce them to quality vs quantity. Show them how to stand up after a fall. Show them you're human and hero. Live life. It's way too short. Do it.

Just had a whole bunch of pancakes and loved it. No guilt. Just wonderful therapeutic awesomeness that belongs to the comfort eating group. Lovely weather outside - misty, cold, not raining at present. Sitting on my bed - yea, my bed - working. Okay guilt is starting to creep in. Should I go for a walk? Naaah
