They just ransomware.

Has anyone had good experiences with Prusa @prusa3D support?
Been trying to chase a fault in my printer for several weeks now and they are taking ages to respond to email! And I mean 2-3wk the first time I tried.
Web chat is ok but more limited and there is no follow up through multiple sessions... Been told to email... It's been 4 days now, will it take this long between each interaction??
This all-day training workshop is in a room with about four plug sockets.
Which is a spectacular oversight when every attendee is from the IT department.
Ain't nobody brought a pad or pen.
