iOS in health and finance ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ
Reading about everyoneโ€™s โ€œIโ€™m still on M1 with only 1TB, will likely upgrade to M4โ€ stories, on my Intel i9 with 512GB ๐Ÿ˜‚.

While living in western Europe, we all might have forgotten what borders were :

In the last week, I had 5 passport checks - in the middle of the night -, 3 still in coming.

I'm running around with 5 currencies : ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ Euro, ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Hryvnia, ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Leu, ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Rubel and ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Ron, likely tomorrow even still with ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡บ Forints.

Please keep yourself reminded what a privilege open borders, unified currency and the lack of customs checks are.

Defend #Schengen. Share European standards. Open borders. Do not build a fortress.

Yeah, if malware slows down or crashes your computer, it's failed at its job. When endpoint security software slows down or crashes your computer, that's just, like, your problem, man. Don't come bugging the security org, it's policy that you run it!

This is not completely fair. A lot of malware is better written

@peterfriese Do you have some comparison information of Vapor / Swift on Server vs Firebase? Does it even make sense to perform a comparison, are the two platforns competitors in the same domain?
Saw a few unicorns today, amazing! Ferrari F50, McLaren F1, Mercedes CLK GTR.
As brutal of a gig it is, I miss iOS consulting work. A constant stream of challenges and mazes to negotiate was a great learning ground and way to keep you at the top of your game.

A new low, even for #Google. Giving Google permission to share information about you with third-party websites is being falsely advertised as an "ad privacy feature". This is privacy washing at its most extreme. But it gets even worse.

There is a dark pattern on the second screenshot. It isn't just informing you about the fake privacy features. Clicking on "Got it" actually turns on these features that allow Google to use your recent browsing history for ads on third-party websites:

@jfbastien I like your website layout. So simple, clean and consumable.
The discussion about how the EU handles borders, can be fully described by #Excel.
