@eldang For what it's worth, I read Easton as likely being the same first person narrator, given the initial letter, the shared first person perspective, and the childhood friends parallel.
Denton I thought might be a more fleshed out version of the family physician who appears very briefly right after the narrator enters the house.

I would also like to send some organizational advice to past me that having a folder named "2023" with files like "20230109.txt" is totally fine for decades of journaling, but please consider not storing your ebooks in folders named by year of acquisition as well.
Sorted through some old files in prep for finally setting up remote backups again and re-discovered this montage made of twenty years of selfies that I had made a while back and forgotten about. And, wow is that a trip to stumble upon, and not just for gender reasons.

Cees BassaHappy new year! Another year means another year-long keogram! Every 15 seconds throughout 2022, my trusty all-sky camera took a picture of the sky above the Netherlands. Combining these 2.1 million images into a year-long keogram reveals this picture, which shows the length of the night change throughout the year (the hourglass shape), when the Moon was visible at night (diagonal bands), and the Sun higher in the sky during summer, as well as lots and lots of clouds passing overhead.
