As the planet burns and the rich grow richer, the link between inequality and environmental destruction becomes undeniable.

The richest 1% are responsible for more emissions than 66% of the world’s population, polluting and plundering the planet for their own gain.

To save our planet, we must tackle the root causes of inequality.

There’s enough money for a green and fair world.

It’s just in the wrong pockets.

Scientists in Norway have observed for the 1st time that meltwater from glaciers on Svalbard is helping to release ancient methane deep in the rocks into the atmosphere, Centre for ice, Cryosphere, Carbon & Climate (iC3) reported.

Methane is the most powerful greenhouse gas, with a warming potential 84 times greater than that of CO₂ over a 20-year period, & has so far been responsible for around 30% of the current rise in global temperatures.

I continue to be negative about generative AI assistants insofar as every time someone has written a piece of any length "co-written by an AI" it has all sorts of errors I point out the author hadn't even noticed were there

Most irritatingly is that MULTIPLE TIMES people have written drafts about my work that simply injected and made up history. If they had just published them, that history would be cyclically referenced in the future as if fact

That kind of thing just happens all the time now
