#MAGATS don't bother me, they're a minority and can't win AS LONG AS WE STAND TOGETHER IN OPPOSITION. But selfish, short-sighted progressives are more interested in outrage than progress. To be clear - the power #MAGA has is due to progressive stupidity.

For every person out there with #ageist gripes about elected officials in #government let me explain how it works to you:

Elected officials are ELECTED from candidates who RUN FOR OFFICE. The candidate who GETS THE MOST VOTES wins the office. If younger candidates DON'T RUN, then they CAN'T WIN. If the people clamoring for younger reps DON'T VOTE, those candidates CAN'T WIN. And if those candidates campaign on attacking people over 40 who DO VOTE, guess what? That candidate CAN'T WIN.

So the latest defense coming from MAGA and Trump is basically that murder for hire isn't a crime, it's "free speech."

None of this noise is a legitimate defense and it won't last 5 minutes in a court of law - and they know it. It's all gaslighting for the ignorant rednecks.
