So far nearly 4,000 people have signed up for a march in protest of the "free speech rally" in Boston. Another 1,300 have signed up to counter-protest at the statehouse. It looks like there's going to be convergence wherever the "free speech rally" decided to hold their shitshow.

I'm a materialist. Still, I can't help but feel a tug of spirituality when I think about the sheer scale of human social structures and how it all springs from replicating proteins. The human species stands uniquely in its capacity to project and sustain mental structures that become the central reality through which the species develops. The ruling class maintains entrapment within the reverberations of historical atrocities.

Here's to hoping the DSA jettisons the whole "running Democratic candidates/supporting Democratic candidates." New party time, activism.

I didn't get to use my telescope last night, clouds came in. Tonight's forecast calls for clear skies again though.

So much for having my voice recover before the weekend since my job doesn't believe in working emails. My voice is on them.
