These gantry XY connectors unsuited and unmanufactureable. It isn’t clear if the are meant to be metal, in which case they are unmachineable, or plastic in which case they are extremely thin (0.9mm walls) with only 1.9mm holding the 10mm round rails on, printed threads in every orientation, and no clear print orientation.

With the 2.6k price tag they could technically afford to SLM metal 3D print them, but o do not think that is realistic or practical

There are major flaws on the shafts connecting the belt pulleys to the motors. Components placed inside each other, flanges rubbing on printed parts, finger couplings being made to take up axial and radial loads, belts being made to take up axial loads…
G-Code output looks good
More progress on my scrungly little WireEDM CAM program. Cut-in from closest stock edge, adjustable tangential lead in to reduce any visual seam, closed and open contour cuts. optional pause for manual slug clearing, and reverse out of cut. All seemingly working well. Now just gotta make sure it properly chains multiple ops, create a UI for it and emit actual G-Code plus a bunch of testing

(regarding the G-EDM pulseboard) wanted to free up my scope, and the built in scope on the esp32 didn't quite have the resolution I needed, so I created a simple firmware for a rp2040. You can talk to it over serial. You can set on time and off time for the pulses, which it maintains very accurately, It can also sample the vsense and isense lines, the internal ADC runs at 500kSps, with each input getting half of that, so an alternating sample every 2 microseconds. 5000x slower than my actual scope, but faster than the stock feedback signals can handle, so a good, simple test platform. quite happy with it actually
Also quite happy with the simple GUI I made to go with it, it can send commands and display captured waveforms for you, with basic zoom, and sin(x)/x interpolation
