Podcaster: Doyle devoted himself to the religion [Spiritualism] and his medium wife, and Houdini rudely denounced Mrs. Doyle’s contact with his mother* and went on to aggressively target and challenge famous mediums.
*she delivered a message _in English_ “from” a woman who never spoke it

Possibly unpopular opinion: if your students can pop your assignment into an #AI chatbot and churn out a passable essay then the problem isn’t technology: it’s your assignment. And the answer isn’t more technology (“this tool detects % of plagiarism! Maybe. Sometimes”), it’s revisiting the means by which you assess student understanding.
