Research focuses on parental leave, fatherhood, and work-family issues. Pleased to share that Wave 2 of the SPDLC is now publicly available. Data collected in Nov 2020 and can be used to analyze parents' divisions of labor (and their consequences) throughout the first year of the pandemic. https://openicpsr.org/openicpsr/project/183142/version/V2/view.
