I was trying to make a Paper Plane but I couldn’t find the right amaro. Grabbed Fernet-Branca but it was too strong; mellowed it with a half-shot of OJ.
Recipe for two:
2 oz. Bourbon
2 oz. Fernet-Branca
2 oz. Aperol
