@Video_Game_King i know im making a broad statement and there probably is a not so tiny amt of mainstream journalists writing on these small indies, but for the most part they are still writing on the next failed bethesda game or whatever it is that the kids are buying now, and let it stay that way

@rob sure, thanks for being cordial even tho we disagree on something seemingly... i mean to put it simply what i said is "i personally value the work that goes into creating human made art, and i dont value work that goes into writing an ai prompt as much". i think thats pretty inoffensive compared to other opinions people have on ai, and again, thats my opinion and i dont think it will change.

@rob i think ppl who put the sign of equality between a work of art and an ai generated product "because the end result looks the same" have low appreciation for what the act of creation is, the long joyous/painful effort that goes into learning a medium and the unique set of decisions you make along the way to craft yourself into an artists that you are. again, all just a personal opinion.

@rob again, its a personal belief, and not a logical argument, but i think that when you create a piece of art, whether its a poem, drawing, sculpture or whetever else, you pour yourself into every smallest part of it in the act of searching. i have an appreciation for human made art, because i have an appreciation for the weight of attention and effort that goes into every smallest detail of it. outsourcing the majority of that act to a machine cheapens the end result for me
