I once missed an exit on a highway and ended up crossing a bridge into the next state. I was just annoyed at the time that I had to pay the toll and turn around.

Ricardo Prada Vasquez should have been stopped at immigration and asked why he was at the Canadian border. He could have explained his mistake and been allowed to turn around without crossing.

Instead, ICE sent him to El Salvador where he has now been lost, because that's what they do to Venezuelans.
