Songs on Apple Music seem to sound way better than Spotify through AirPods? I assume Apple is optimizing this in ways that a competitor is simply unable. The clarity is simply not in the same ballpark, even to my old man ears.

The worst leaders simply claim to have simple solutions when they barely understand the problem, let alone how to craft a solution.
I’ve personally deleted social apps except for mastodon and instagram, which haven’t gone toxic (yet).
Turn off bullshit like trending or recommended content on Reddit. It’s ok to limit your diet of information. Pace yourself.
I think it’s totally fine to head into a bit of escapism right now: work, tech stuff, books, tv fiction, movies, etc. Don’t burn yourself out on all the “news” that’s out there.
