We are currently down, technical issues. Will be back shortly
@jitaroo No, sorry. Your feedback was noted though!
@Doug73 At this point no, not every carrier has a flexible fee structure to allow credit packs to work in the app. Plus, the absolute majority (>80%) of customers using UPS in my app don’t track more than 3 UPS packages per month.

Real-time notifications are now available for UPS deliveries! 😎

I will be making payments to UPS for this feature, so limits do apply. Premium subscribers will get 3 real-time deliveries per month, most likely this limit will be increased for holidays.

Parcel - Real-Time Notifications

The best delivery tracking app available for iOS and macOS.

@markmaster You will be affected, the limit will apply, your subscription will be used to cover USPS charges. No further details yet, USPS is rushing this new system, honestly it is not ready yet at all.
@clint015 Not sure yet, it is a new, developing situation :)
@robini71 Not sure yet, it is a new, developing situation :)

Next month USPS introduces paid tracking access (paid per delivery/request) for 3rd party apps like Parcel.

What does it mean for you if you are tracking USPS deliveries in Parcel?

If you are a subscriber, you should be able to track 3-5 deliveries per month with real-time updates.

However, if you track more than that or if you are a free (or legacy premium) user, USPS deliveries will be severely delayed for you.

More details will be available next month. USPS info:

@Jessica_Dail That’s a mistake on our part, sorry about that. Should have communicated it better.
