The January 6 Committee referred Trump to the DOJ for criminal prosecution on the grounds that he:

-Incited an insurrection
-Conspired to defraud the US
-Obstructed an act of Congress
-Conspired to make a false statement

The case is incredibly powerful.

The DOJ must prosecute.
