Ik kan het mij nog zo goed herinneren: ook leraren waren uitgenodigd om over een Noodplan #lerarentekort mee te denken. De geuite zorg door leraren dat onbevoegd lesgeven niet het nieuwe normaal zou moeten worden is mede daarom ook duidelijk in het Noodplan opgenomen.
