It's a testament to the improvements of @github's Copilot that it's now good at working inside the TypeScript compiler codebase! (Though maybe that was also helped by @jakebailey getting modules finished.

Added an eslint auto-fixer for it too, probably took about the same kind of time as doing it manually would have but it should automatically be applied as I work in the codebase in the future.
