@eg0n yes after a couple months of this practice it will just become a habit . After rejecting the bad thoughts you have to stop thinking about it and let it go , if the negative thoughts come back just reject them again !
You’d be surprised how many people curse themselves by the things that they think ,or say and also the things that they do .
I want you to try something : Everytime you have a negative thought I want you to treat it as an offering that you can either accept or reject . Obviously if it’s a negative thought you’ll want to reject that thought and out loud or in your head say “ I reject that thought” and if you have a positive thought you’ll say “I accept that thought “
Do that for a couple of months and you will see how much your life begins to change with that #practice alone .
