One thing I've learned to do a lot more in recent years is be more open and honest about my own struggles.

I realized that, whether it helps me or not, it helped some people close to me grow more comfortable seeking help in their own ways.

Lowering that stigma will literally save lives. That's what the @WHO
wants for us to do today on #WorldSuicidePreventionDay and I hope everyone can find a moment within their own circles to Start the Conversation and help protect so many beautiful lives!
