3D Printing Explorer
@welshpixie Congrats
@JeriLRyan Happy Thanksgiving Ms. Ryan.
@welshpixie Just wanted to say that you are very talented.
@trevorflowers Added to my list of things to try! Darn layer lines.
@cbielstein My loving wife bought me an Ender 3 for Christmas last year and a box of sample filament. I had "hinted" about one, but did not expect it. I've been in tech for about 30 years, and have been intrigued by them for quite awhile. Now I have a small addiction and want a 3rd printer after I upgrade to a new PC to handle the design software I've been using better.
@cbielstein I've been printing tons of skulls - planters, bowls, decorative. Trying to learn how to airbrush. I also print Flexi Factory items. I do print some functional things as well - brackets, cell holders, go pro holders, planters I've designed myself. Juts kind of having fun, learning and making a bunch of things I can try to sell at a craft fair. lol
@dnsprincess "The big deal is it it will print correctly and not turn into spaghetti." Positive thinking, I love it!
@vampiress It is a right of passage. If it was easy, everyone would be able to do it successfully! What printer is that?
@cbielstein It's going well, but not great at the moment. I've been ill, but using the down time when I have the energy to try some new 3D print projects. Also, Cheap Trick cancelled for tomorrow night. We were looking forward to it. *sad sad* How goes you?
@donnyvdm Heat up the hotend without the nozzle, go at it with a brush and needlenose. Or take it off and take a torch to it carefully. I have a metal rod that fits snuggly through my hotend that I added a handle through to push filament out as well.
