@lenny @kayla_eilhart The problem isn’t asking - I do get questions and if you run a business, there’s always https://www.freexian.com/lts/php/. The problem is the expectation that I should do anything for free (as buffet, not as free speech), not doing your own research (it’s clearly documented that 16.04 is not supported), and emailing me privately in repetitive abusive pattern.

@aquarius @kayla_eilhart The PHP versions (including 5.6) are fully patched to possible extend. But I don’t and won’t support Ubuntu versions that reached EOL (called ESM) in the free repository. It’s simple - you won’t old shit running on old shit? Then better have your wallet or your compiler ready… everything is open, so either pay me for stuff I don’t want to do, or compile it yourself.
