First-mover advantage used to buy you years. Now it buys you a head start at best. U can spend months understanding a niche problem and building something thoughtful, and someone else can recreate a decent version in days just by copying what’s visible, and sell it for cheaper. So being first isnt the edge. The edge is taste, trust, distribution, and going deeper than whats obvious from a quick glance at the UI. Surface ideas get cloned. Depth is harder.

Adding media is a great idea. Just had a wild thought of the camera roll as an alternative entry point to create concerts.
