I can’t seem to find any dopamine today. Being at work is a struggle. #ADHD

I need tips on how to keep on top of my housework when I have #ADHD. I get it done and maintain it for a while but it slowly gets on top of me.

Has anyone with unmedicated #ADHD managed to learn to #code. If so any tips on how to go about it?
