@tychotithonus well, its hard to say it is proper key :) Just wanted something better, than (at that moment) keeping ssh keys with weak crypto on disk. Also i was inspired by much more advanced project: https://www.fsij.org/doc-gnuk/intro.html

Unlikely it is soldiers, as i just looked up in regulations - they are not allowed to use internet except for mil comms, otherwise they put themself, comrades, and whole operation in grave danger.
This is likely done by some folks who are very far from battlezone, who think it is some kind of game.
You are welcome to join ukrainian army, and let me see how you will joke, after week in trenches, and you will tell how i misunderstand people.
