Slowly but surely thebeans.ca global roaster data set grows. It's painstaking work. I use ChatGPT and Claude to help get some of the data and I check most of it manually as I want it to be accurate. Beyond what is already shown on the site, I have data on the source countries these roasters use and some contact names and contact information. I love reading the stories behind the companies. My main focus is Canadian roasters and U.S. is way down my priority list until they turn themselves around
