I'm back on here after 2 years away. Still seeing a lot of interest in my old note app reviews. I may update them but for now I'm obsessed with a new hobby: finding great specialty coffee roasters around the world. I've got over a 1,000 but only audited and published 250 of them. If you have a favorite, please let me know and I will add them 🤗 https://thebeans.ca

@noteapps They have great decaf. I developed a sensitivity to caffeine
@captgoodhope interesting I didn't know that that could be a sensitivity but makes sense. I've added the Decaf speciality flag for them.
@noteapps What are you using for the search on that site?
@captgoodhope it's using SQL queries against Postgres
@noteapps Hi! Today I found a new app! Daily Diary, on F-Droid. Although I don't keep a journal, I like to write down random moments, not every single day, when they happen or shortly after. I like it to be seperate from my note-taking app, quick, and to have have my entries saved by date but not linked to a calendar. Daily Diary appears to do just that. Local-only is perfectly fine for this kind of app, and it has a backup function to have all entries exported as txt files
