the lift in my building stops sometimes, and theories have emerged as to why. the eccentric lady from the fifth floor believes that it stops when someone stands in one specific spot, and has marked that spot with a marker, with a huge x. the cleaning lady hates her. it’s an interesting kind of vandalism, born out of compassion and a sense of a discovery
