@dan613 @gomindshine Didn't read the paper, but could it be that the conservatives know what liberals want them to think and will parrot it back for cash- but... Does that mean they actually think that's the accurate information, or does it just mean that they will take cash from liberals when given the opportunity?

That wasn't a good thing. Private debt skyrocketed which eventually led to the Great Recession. Every time in US history that the debt was reduced, a depression or recession soon followed. *Every time*

@winstanley That's the thing. We could give $3 Billion in free money to Berkshire Hathaway (we did) and it may or may not cause inflation. So obviously, everyone who screams that govt spending causing inflation is wrong. What causes inflation is price gouging. The Fortune 500 makes record profits the last two years and everyone screams stimulus. It's insane. And self serving to the 1%.
