If Tootsie Pop’s ad agency isn’t already pitching them a Super Bowl LIX ad this morning, they should be ashamed of themselves.
In this age of AI doing basically anything, I feel like my Apple Watch should have been smart enough to know I was watching the Iowa/South Carolina game and not give me a high heart rate warning. Eighth birthday already
Kid's excited enough to scream
Gonna go get him some cupcakes
Frosted with some buttercream

Bakeries are closed
'Cause I guess unwritten rules were made
These are the days
Restaurants close and staff don't get paid

Just another manic Monday

My favorite genre of restaurant is “restaurant in a place where restaurants usually aren’t.” IKEA. Costco. The random hot dog stand in the hardware store in summer. I don’t even care what kind of food it serves as long as I can eat it in a weird place.
For posterity, I chickened out and just went with a venti latte rather than my best idea of a venti espresso (“No, you heard me right, keep pulling shots until that venti cup is full, please”).
What is the largest, most decadent drink I can order at Starbucks to take fullest advantage of a “free any sized drink” offer? And will it be large enough to last me all week? Let’s find out!
@Zotmeister Ooooooooh, the pun potential here is amazing! Please please please someone start a #mahjong Mastodon server at pin.foo.

Torture is hearing your family home on spring break playing mahjong without you.

P.S. Is there a #mahjong Mastodon? I hope there’s a #mahjong Mastodon.

Daylight saving time: when I stop being sad I can’t be puttering around in the garden and start being stressed I’m not puttering around in the garden enough.

Speaking of elevators, here is the one and only clever tweet I ever tweeted, from a work trip to SLC years ago:

“Salt Lake City has the kindest elevators.”
