Noooooo! This whole time I thought I had a MySQL database, but once I opened up the hood, I see itās MariaDB which wonāt be supported by Ghost. Iām on shared hosting, so canāt do anything about it.
Welp, couldnāt say I didnāt try. š„²
Was about to install @ghost.org on my server, but I didnāt realize it would be an adventure to get it to work on shared hosting. Letās see how long Iāll try to get it to work before giving up and going the DigitalOcean droplet route.
If anyone happens to see this and has any tips, Iād love some!

Sure, you can renew MS Office 365 for $130/yr. You can also install LibreOffice for free, donate $30 to the nice volunteers developing it, and still have $100 extra left over for groceries.
