When you’re an engineer used to working at scale, getting out of your own way when working on a new app is essential.

A project doesn’t need all the fancy patterns and libraries you’re used to on day one—maybe never!

Just focus on getting it working. Start building. 👷🏻‍♂️

With more time on my hands, I’m reviewing my daily tools and eyeing up some upgrades. 👀

One thing I want to change? My shell. Oh-My-Zsh feels bloated, and the plugins can be unpredictable.

For the engineers: what are you using, and why? Anyone rocking nushell out there? 🧪

I started using @typefully yesterday and I already love it. It's a much slicker and smoother experience than @bufferapp, which I was using before.

To make installing it easier for nerds like me, I've added @typefully as a cask to @homebrew. 🍻
