Visited Warkworth Castle, a fantastic Medieval castle in Northumberland. Was really impressed with the huge cast metal 3D map of the castle, including Braille labelling within wheelchair reach #accessibility

It's been 47 days since my sabbatical ended. During that time I was reflecting on how it was that I'd reached my state of burn out (a not uncommon phenomenon for accessibility practitioners).
Turns out, I'd fallen into the same damn cycle that I'd identified with a therapist 10 years earlier.
I've decided to post the feedback loop we charted - for future me, and in case it's at all helpful for anyone else.
