A quick simple lunch!
I’ve been embracing boiling tofu instead of worrying about frying, pan frying, baking, air frying, etc. and it’s been a great improvement to my mental capacity. Just a couple minutes in slightly salted water and then tossed in a quick sauce. So delicious!

It’s April in Charleston so you know what that means, the beach is back! On Wednesday the water was ~22C (~72F) and while it felt kind of cold to get in, it was quite warm once we submerged. I can’t wait to get back into the routine of going to the beach multiple times a week. I spent some time in Colorado early in the year to help my brother after a serious injury and while Colorado is beautiful in its own way, I’m very happy that I live somewhere that is so warm.
@uliwitness after you posted that I went reading and it looks it is built into git and you can use it with rebase or merge. Pretty cool that fork is also able to support it because I use fork too.
