We saw 45 alligator along the banks and in the water when we hiked the Elm Lake trail today at Brazos Bend State Park.

While staying in Alpine TX in far west Texas, it snowed unexpectedly. This is the Chihuahuan desert and snow isn’t that common. It was wonderful.
