Google Search’s newest change on mobile is to hide the path of the URL, leaving just the domain and the http(s) and in many cases the www. So now there’s less clear distinction between, for instance, these results.

What a silly choice of what to keep and what to toss. Who makes these decisions, and have they ever used the web before?

WOW -- I've never experienced this before. A Mac app called "Canon PRINT.app", when dragged to the application folder, wants to automatically replace an older app called "Canon Inkjet Smart Connect.app"

This is SO intelligent and thoughtful and helpful. How is it possible, though?
