Itβs made me hesitant to even act on my sexual interests, as I (shamefully) used them to cope with my trauma but now Iβm just scared of expressing myself that way. Iβm scared of coming across as a sex-obsessed freak to my friends and partners bc I always used that to feel less lonely and more affirmed by those close to me.
