Developer Publications - Intelligence @ Apple. Tweets mostly about Tech and Active Travel, and my family.

These roles sound great - please consider applying!

My org (DevPubs) has a growing presence in Bishopsgate too. I've visited a few times and it's a great place to work. https://mastodon.social/@airspeedswift/113855681204215898

Our team builds and integrates documentation tooling all the way from the compiler(s)—as the source of truth for symbol information—to the presentation on the web and in Xcode’s UI.

This role in London is about the lower-level part of that vertical.

Congrats to my team and everyone else involved in Swift Assist. It’s so much fun y’all! It has been (and remains) one of the most challenging projects I’ve ever been a part of.

Sorry for the dangling preposition, but I’m pretty tired and the work isn’t done yet.

Feels weird to be flying back home from California on the same day I see people in my timeline flying out there for WWDC! Was visiting some colleagues, and unfortunately family commitments meant I couldn't extend my stay. Hope everyone has a great week!
Having this entire window replaced today, which I'm pretty excited about. It's our only single glazed window, absolutely freezing in winter, and none of the windows open any more. Big job though as it's structural.
Dinner was served by a robot tonight!

If I was going on TV to justify my £4.5million a year pay I'd probably shave my Monopoly Man moustache first.

My design team at Apple is hiring for a full time position in Cupertino.

We make tools for folks who make software, which means we have an incredibly varied set of responsibilities and a very vocal (and fun!) set of customers. We also get to work on Open Source software, which is really rad.

You should consider applying, and or messaging me here to chat, and or boosting.

Two years at Apple today! 🎉

Really cool role in my department just opened up in London - working on the documentation compiler. Huge opportunity for impact across Apple and with external developers. Let me know if you'd like more info or a referral.
