O God! I could be bounded in a nutshell, and count myself a King of infinite space...Hamlet, II, 2But they will teach us that Eternity is the Standing still of the Present Time, a Nunc-stans (as the schools call it); which neither they, nor any else understand, no more than they would a Hic-stans for an Infinite greatness of Place.

Leviathan, IV, 46 (Thomas Hobbs quoting Hamlet)

Key Responsibilities Social Media (40 %) Draft, schedule, and publish Circlke, LinkedIn, & X/Twitter posts monitor overnight U.S. mentions and respond. Engage with at least 5 industry conversations per day to boost brand visibility. Track basic analytics flag top-performing content and recommend tweaks weekly. Moderate questions, keep threads active, and uphold community guidelines. Run one engagement initiative per week (poll, AMA, etc.) and report highlights. Video & Podcast Production (20 %) Edit 2–3 short (1- to 3-minute) video clips weekly from webinars/interviews using Riverside. Produce bi-weekly podcast episodes: trim audio, add intro/outro, write show notes, publish, and create audiogram teasers. Event Promotion (10 %) Build webinar/meetup landing pages, craft promotional graphics (Canva), schedule reminder posts & emails. Assist live during APAC-friendly events (chat moderation, Q&A support) and handle post-event follow-ups (recording uploads, thank-you posts, feedback forms). General Marketing Support (5 %) Keep the content calendar and task board (Asana/Trello) updated. Maintain lists in CRM/email platform, coordinate with recruiters on joint campaigns. Required Qualifications 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar remote VA role. Self-starter mindset: comfortable prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred/Bonus Prior exposure to cybersecurity or B2B tech content. Canva or basic design skills for social graphics. Experience moderating an online community or forum. Knowledge of podcast hosting platforms (Anchor, Podbean, etc.). Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary: PHP ₱40,000 – ₱75,000 (commensurate with skills/portfolio). 13th-month pay (pro-rated) + PH holiday observance. Annual performance bonus. Continuous learning stipend for marketing or cybersecurity upskilling. Work-from-home equipment allowance (after probation). Schedule 9 am – 6 pm Philippine Time, Monday–Friday. Occasional flexibility to join global team calls or cover live events (with advance notice). How to Apply Submit your résumé/CV (PDF). Portfolio links showcasing: At least three social posts you created (with metrics if available). One short video or audiogram you edited. Cover letter (max 300 words) telling us: Why cybersecurity marketing interests you. One idea you’d implement in your first 30 days to boost community engagement. Applications without portfolio samples will not be considered.

I would be willing to bet that high unemployment is better for LinkedIn's business model than low unemployment. The same goes for all social media platforms.

If you think the government spends inefficiently, you should see a sector of the economy that needs to pay huge compensation packages to salespeople and marketers, and does so to get us to consume things that we mostly don't need.

(If you think I´m referring to your sector, I am.)
