@danielpunkass My system is somewhat similar. I try to maintain a goal weight, I allow myself a 5lb range centered around it. If it goes outside of the range then I correct, normally by dieting (which for me is food journaling — gamification!) until it goes the other side of the goal. I weight myself twice a week and any change in behaviour requires two consecutive measurements.
