So, last night I got some news that's had me all happy and bouncy and hyper all day? I have (finally) sold my first short story to a small press. Yippee!
Not sure when the anthology is due out (soon), but suffice to say I'm well over the moon!
@RunalongWomble Greetings, Wombley one. This week I'm reading the wonderful *A Fire Born of Exile* by Aliette de Bodard and loving every page of it. I do love her Xuya universe.
Good Morning Mastodon! Hope you’re all ok? Today I’m currently reading the great House of Odysseus by Claire North for sone smart fantasy. What are you reading at the moment?
More awesome #BookPost today, again courtesy of the wonderful The Broken Binding. This time we have a lovely signed and numbered edition of Gabriela Romero Lacruz's debut, *The Sun and the Void*.
@RunalongWomble Howdy, fellow bookish person. This week I'm finally wrapping my eyes around *Chasing Embers*, the first of James Bennett's Ben Garston novels, and asking myself why I left it so long.
