@carithlee We have one. The main problem with it is that after laundering it has tended to curl on the edges. But it does what it's supposed to otherwise, and we have a young child and an incontinent dog.

Fitbit says I got 5 minutes of REM last night, out of 8h3m asleep (out of 9h15m between sleep and full wake).

That feels about right.

Part of my fear of covid all along has been the PEM it will cause, even if covid itself weren't to have long-term effects (I know it does).
