Huge fan of CW, QRP and portable operation. Recently I've become involved in 3D printing, and run a small business making 3D printed accessories for field radios.
I'm a Linux user, both on my laptop (no Windows!) and the Raspberry Pi. Although not so much recently, I have done a lot of developemnt for Arduino, and have a few QST articles on those projects.
First licensed 1987, I missed out on 1960's tube rigs but was fascinated - there are still a couple of tube rigs hanging about the shack.
